Everyone was very friendly but the wait time is brutal. We were waiting for 3 hrs!! They get you in quick with part 1 - info but it takes forever to see the nutritionist.
Every visit to this Wic in Humble is a good experience. The team always treats us very kindly. Ms. Susy is very nice, always very empathetic, and always looks for options that fit my children's diets. Thank you for your service and kindness in difficult times.
CLEAN...SLOW... No english calendar available... strange place????
Counselor in the corner room Mom shamed me for handing my child my phone to watch ms rachel after waiting for three hours FOR HER. She kept rolling her eyes too. Rude as hell. Swapped to the cleveland location. Much quicker appointment. 30 minutes in and out.
