Dr Aggarwal is the best. Sure the clinic and her reception do not answer phones. The public is not given the number to reception because it is Harris County Health District. The doc is overworked by the system that has too many patients without insurance, and fewer and fewer docs with less resources each year. My wife had so many issues. Doc A took time and so much interest. She organized all the referrals. Thank You.
It's very difficult to make an appointment. They never answer the phone.
