We have been going to Harris for over 10+ years as it is in our neighborhood. I had a suit jacket cleaned. When I got home I noticed that in three spots their were slits that must have been pressed by the machine. When we complained we were told it was not their fault as they send the work out. Their is Patrick's and other cleaners. I was assuming we would get a sorry and maybe a free cleaning OR proper customer service. Must not need our business. We will no longer inconvenience Harris with our business.
