After moving into our new home, we noticed the garage doors didn’t come with remotes, and one of the doors wouldn’t stay closed. i saw a sticker on my garage door and called the number because my garage door wouldn't close all the way, it was only going halfway. i had already tried working with my security company since my app wasn't letting me control the garage. robert answered my call and was really patient and friendly. he explained step by step what to do, and my garage door finally closed! his willingness to help and positive attitude were just great. we definitely need more garage door installers like robert!
