Probably the worst BMO I visit. There is only one really good lady that works here. Recently had an interaction with Roshana, she told me the “8” on a check was a “0”, and told me my deposit was $0.08 off. After I told her it was an 8, she decided to ask the teller next to her, who decided it was a “9”. For whatever reason, because the other teller thought it was a 9, we had to use 9. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at a bank.
About three weeks ago I was a victim of bank fraud. BMO decided to restrict my account verses closing and opening a new account while the investigation is handled. This way the consumer(will) be able to continue using an account while the fraud team does their job. Cool, so I go into my local branch to bring them up to speed and do you know that one of the Associates Christina did not dispute any of the charges that I advised I didn’t make.
