Terrible customer service. I have held account here for over 10 years. When walking into the bank, I gave the teller my ID and was questioned if I even had an account with them. They refused to cash a bank check from a trust account, stating it would take more the 7 business days to go through. They do hard credit checks unnecessary, and lower your credit score.
