Girl at drive thru is very slow and incompetent. Waited 15 minutes even though I was the next in line. The same person is almost always there. Need to replace her.
I have been with BMO for over two years, and this experience at the drive-thru was incredibly frustrating. I went through the drive-thru to cash a $172 check. I sent in my check and debit card and was told I needed my driver’s license. Unfortunately, I realized my license wasn’t in my wallet or vehicle. I asked if I could verify my identity another way (account details, address, balance, etc.), but was told no — a physical ID was required. The new system at the drive up is absolutely ridiculous. Inconvenient difficult to get to, slow, inane that I need ID AND Debit CARD And text messages TO WITHDRAW MY OWN MONEY. What if I forgot my phone. I've been with this bank since it was M&I this insanity is making me go to a different bank. RIDICULOUS. DO NOT BANK HERE. ABSOLUTELY INSANE. Next they ask for your DNA.
