Poor signage, congested area, small exam area ONLY. Nurse is also the receptionist
Went in to close an account. Tried explaining to the ‘banker’ that I had called and was having trouble and told to go into a branch. He tells me that I never called and if I close my account there’s a penalty. When I tell him the dates I called, he does thing with his hand 🤌at me. I asked the teller if there was anyone else to help or management that I could speak with. I was told that there was no one but the branch manager happened to be in on her day off.
