Horrible! Do not go to this branch! Twice we opened and account that was then closed because they didn't file the paperwork in time. I cannot fathom how opening an account is this difficult. Reopening required everyone on the account to go back up to the branch to re-sign the paperwork. TWICE! I will not return to this location - complete waste of our time and huge pain!
