Amazing Customer Service. Could not ask for a more helpful bank. I made the stupidest mistake and they truly were beyond helpful.
This locations atm has been malfunctioning for as long as I can remember. It never functions correctly or deposits your full amount. It always takes 3-5 attempts to get anywhere close. I alwyas have to live with depositing less then what I put in. The money counting machine is the same story. It never counts the full amount. And the tellers never count by hand. My bank account has been fraudulently compromised 4 times. I have been to this branch 4 times & have had nothing but the best service each time I agree with others that this is challenging to find. I tried to access it from the skyway system but getting there was not easy. Having been a BMO customer for over 30 years. I know the bank has changed. On a skyway map, you are listed as M & I bank. You might.want to update that!
