I would never recommend this bank. We bought a boat and if we let the dealer get the loan we received a better price and are required to keep the loan for 8 months. I have never had such a hard time trying to make payments. My payment is due tomorrow and I haven't received the payment notice yet. Each month, different problems.
Very bad!! They don't use email to send Bank info - & not send address bank by email. It looks like they are in the 19th Century!!! 🤯
This bank is a total joke. My wife has been attempting to transfer funds to her brokerage account. They continue to cancel / withhold funds, cancel transfers. This is her money. What is their problem. I see by reviews the bank is a total joke. Get your act together BMO. I will be reaching out to the federal agencies that regulate you.
Hello good afternoon. I am contacting you because I have been locked out of my account repeatedly and have not been able to get back in . I have tried to contact the branch in Carol Stream Illinois, the phone is answered automatically, I press the option to speak to a rep and the line goes silent. No one answers. The 1-888 number does not accept my call. Very frustrating as I have a boat loan which was with Bank of the West and need to pay off the loan but I cannot get any help. Could someone please contact me ? Thank you.
1 star because 0 is not possible. This is by far the worst bank I have ever dealt with. They mail Bill's to the wrong address and then when attempting to correct the information the call center they use is no allowed to change to the correct information. This bank buys loans in good standing from other banks and the does everything possible to make the loan default. Beware of BMO in any aspect and if they purchase your loans I definitely recommend refinancing with someone other to get away from the shady practices they use.
