All the people there are great Ursula very helpful
Apparently the only way to get ahold of anyone for title/payoff information questions is via FAX. Meaning they can email you a payoff statement or articulate it over the phone, but if you have any questions - ONLY fax. In 2026 no less lol, embarrassing
This bank has no accountability, no clear answers and very poor customer service. When a bank makes it hard for someone just trying to pay off a debt, that's a serious issue. I would not recommend BMO bank.
Do not bother to call to talk to a Person unless you have their direct number. It's not only a nightmare but practically impossible. My call went to offshore call center after going through Phone Tree (Forest) and waiting to talk wth the Local Branch Agent for almost 15 minutes.
