Came into this branch to discuss an issue with my debit card as another branch was able to give me a replacement. I was the only person in line and standing there for about 15 minutes , while there were 4 employees were behind the counters that did not acknowledge me and were doing their best to avoid eye contact. Extremely bizarre and completely unprofessional. Avoid this branch if possible.
Place used to be great. Now it's slow as eff. 2 cars in drive up Waited 15 minutes for one to leave. Hire some people My time is important. This banks gets worse every year. try calling the bank ..good luck..
Again this bank gets you. Went to pay my final car payment on their express bill application on the web because if you use the bank site it takes up to 5 (five) or more days to post, found this out after a late charge appeared on my statement. Waited for payment to process thru my bank it did not appear, did a chat and was told my payment had not been paid. According to website it showed my payment was an unallocated payoff. I would give Zero stars but it's not an option. I was out of town and got payed by one of my customers with a BMO check I decided maybe I will go into the bank and see if I can cash this here. (being that most banks cash their own checks) so I went in and the lady at the counter said how about we sign you up for an account as well it will only take 5 mins.
