Great customer service.
My husband and I have been premier customers for years. My husband recently passed away and I needed to get mortgage payoff letters. I contacted our Premier Banker and was given a number to call. Gone are the days of service, someone picking up the phone for you to help you get the help you need. Anyway, I called the number I was given and got nowhere. I resorted to going into the BMO branch on Plum Grove Road in Palatine and an associate there helped me get one of the mortgage letters I needed. I am having difficulty gettin... read more
