We opened an account with BMO about a month ago and the experience to date is less than satisfactory. We asked to receive debit cards upon opening our account, and the representative said the card would have to be mailed to me. I waited more than 2 weeks, and still no card was received, so I called to check the status and I was told there would be a $5 charge to reissue and mail a new card.
