Called and spoke to Mike about ordering batteries was supposed to get a call back the next day and it’s been a week. Also the batteries in question have a 18 months warranty and won’t hold a charge only being 21 months old. “No exceptions” in regards to the warranty expiring 3 months ago. Such a shame considering this is a “family owned” business. Stand behind your product and offer better customer service.
