This business is an absolute joke. My truck has been in their shop for over 3 months now. Has gone through 3 different engines and every time I go in to speak to them about it getting fixed they lie. They keep adding more time and say they are trying their best. They said at the beginning i am a priority because I have a warranty on the engine and I feel like they have already got my money so I keep getting pushed back further and further so they can keep working on other cars to get money. I will admit there were delays on this job. ****************** requested a used engine, the first (used) engine we received was sold to us as good used engine but we didnt feel comfortable selling it due to our concerns with it being a reliable engine in the long run as we found metal particles in the oil pan. We opted to go with a remanufactured engine at a loss for us to give our customer the best results. Nobody wants to deal with car trouble on their vacation. Even so, while visiting Show Low we took our car in for a timing belt issue and they fixed us right up. Everyone I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable and if I ever have car issues in Show Low, AZ, I will use Harris Automotive.

If you are looking for a good and trustworthy mechanic in Show Low I highly recommend Harris Automotive! I had a water leak on my van when I took it in for the original inspection and maintenance, I dreaded the worst. He found the problem quick and it was a quick, affordable fix. I think many mechanics would have used the opportunity to "take me for a ride". They were also friendly, efficient in time, thorough and charged a fair price!
