My family and I bring all of our cars to Harris. They are honest, fair and I know once Brian is done with our cars I won't have an issue again. They are a small family owned business and not a large commercial shop where you become a number shuffled through the process.
Very helpful and fair. State inspection done, oil change done, rotate tires done... Thank you for making taking care of my car easy!
My experience led me to believe that if you don't have some knowledge they will try and cheat you. Took my driveshaft "not vehicle" just shaft,in to have the universal joints pressed out 1/2 hour labor 42.50 (Fair) and was thinking of having them press new ones in and was told that it would be harder to put new ones in than was pressing old ones out. Harris wanted to charge a hour more labor 85.00 total 128.00 and I knew that wasn't true. Twenty minutes and one ball-ping and needle nose pliers later joints were in 10 minutes... read more
