I found Ron to be very aggressive/ a bit of a tool. It would be best to avoid this business if possible.
Top blokes who helped us in a situation that we had no way of getting out of. They went out of their way for me and my mates when we were in a bad situation. Couldn’t be more appreciative of them and would highly recommend
Wish we could give more stars!!! Ron and ALL of his staff provide exceptional customer service. They all went out of their way to get us repaired and back on the road as quickly as possible. They even washed our car! Its rare to see a larger company so customer focused. Thank you to all of you.
Outstanding experience with this company. We travelled to Ararat for pitch music and arts festival and had a bingle in our rental car. These guys were happy to help and quick to the scene. Sam specifically went well out of his way to give us a hand. After the car had been towed he gave us a call to see how we were going with the rental company (who were no help at all) so Sam organised to drive his personal vehicle along with the local courtesy bus to come pick us up and drop us at the festival. Had an outstanding experience with Sam from Ararat Towing. A group of friends and myself were unfortunately involved in a car crash not far from Pitch Music festival. Sam came to the rescue, collected both cars and gave us a few options to help us out in our not so ideal situation. After hours of going back and forth with insurance we got no where, Sam found a solution to get us in the festival and out of the hot sun by driving his own personal car and organising a courtesy bus from the local golf club.
