Recently took my jeep Cherokee 2014 limited 2.4L to this shop, where I was told it was the starter that was bad and needed to be replaced. A week later was told the starter was replaced and still was not running. The gentleman basically wanted to wash his hands of this and essentially wanted his money and to rid of the issue EXCEPT why am I to pay 900 dollars for a misdiagnosed issue and still to pay for it to be towed elsewhere and properly repaired? Used them a couple times but won’t be back again. Took my vehicle in for an issue, got a call in the afternoon saying it was “good to go”. Annoyed they didn’t call before to give a quote or to tell me what is wrong with it until I asked. Went to go pick it up after hours and battery was dead; After getting it started in the sub-zero weather, the gas light was on and read 0 miles to the gallon.
