Poor place to go to. They are a bunch of crooks. You don’t put a wheel on a self propelled mower a couple of months ago then it comes loose & you are recharged. They like to take advantage of older people. Then they are going away with accepting credit cards in the near future. This is rediculous & I hope they start loosing a lot of business.
They sell you parts but not all the parts you need to fix it right then when you put the new part on & something else breaks they say it is your fault & they will not make it right or give credit. Just bought a part yesterday put it on today & it sheared off they had nerve to blame the person for there issue for not making sure all the parts was there. Then they try to say they don’t know about the equipment but, it goes over to get fixed & you don’t know when you are getting it back & when it does come back it breaks again.... read more
Make sure to take pictures of your equipment before you have them work on it. They worked on my FIL chain saw, took 3 extra weeks to get it done and then gave him a dirty chain saw the WAS NOT his, but they swear it was. needless to say he never did get HIS saw back

My blade assembly was bad on my 2004 Huskie, called them, that day they came and picked it up...a week later, it's like a brand new tractor! I highly recommend them...excellent customer service, prompt, and delivered on time.*high 5's*
