I’ve never had to leave a bad review or switch providers until I went to this practice and saw Stephanie Laurer, PA. She made me feel dismissed and degraded rather than heard. My concerns were brushed aside, and I was quickly referred to another specialty without a thorough evaluation. I left the appointment feeling worse and without any clarity about my condition or next steps. The office staff and Dr. Daigle were fantastic. I've never had a specialist visit where I didn't wait what seemed like hours. I had an appointment at 3pm, and had an exam, an xray and an order for an MRI and was out the door within a half hour - Outstanding, compassionate, efficient - definitely recommend this team!
I’ve had such a GREAT experience at this office. All the nurses that work here are amazing and really take their time with you. My very first appointment I had splints taken off and felt very light headed after seeing them like that (both my wrists were broken) so somebody sat with us the whole time we waited for the doctor to make sure I didn’t pass out.
