The most rudest receptionists I've ever come across in my life. Filled with ego and think about being absolutely useless with patients. No sympathy no empathy towards anyone. Constantly hanging up on patients, rude mannerisms. There's absolutely no need for this behaviour especially within a medical field. Bring popcorn you might as well watch a movie waiting to be diagnosed. The waiting times are ridiculous.

Review on my first appointment with Dr David Sor. Unfortunately he was over an hour late but I fully understand & I do understand urgent patients get seen first even with appointments booked. I found the 2 ladies at the front desk really kind . Both gave me a smile & were helpful with specialist faxes that were needed. Dr David sor was absolutely fantastic. He listened, he took time to understand my illness, he did not rush me out because he was behind, he was very thorough & contacted a specialist even whilst I was there. ... read more
I saw a bad review for Dr Sor and just wanted to say I’ve had no issues with him. He listens to you and makes sure to prescribe the correct things to help with ailments. I’ve liked most of the doctors I have seen here and the nurse and pathologist are absolutely stellar!! The reception team are either overworked or just generally grumpy.. I book online to avoid the anxious call through to them. Wish the appointments ran to time - budget an extra hour into your day if you’re booking.
Long waiting time. Everytime I come here, it takes hours to see a doctor. Reception are unhelpful. Go to narellan medical centre
