The staff and orthodontist are rude! They definitely care more about money than patient care. If you’re looking for an orthodontist who doesn’t do a good job explaining treatment and staff that does a terrible job explaining payment plan then this is the place for you!
Both of our daughters have had their smiles transformed by Dr. Chad and his staff. It wasn’t just a transformation of smiles, but their confidence level was completely transformed as well. We were a bit apprehensive at first when our regular dentist suggested a consultation with an Orthodontist.
