Kirk Myers is the worse bankruptcy attorney I have known. He shows no compassion. He is very rude. He speaks to his clients like crap. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
I met with a lot of different bankrutpcy attorneys in the New Orleans area and I liked these guys the best. Some of the others were really snobby and snooty. One person just seemed like a ditz. These attorneys were very down to earth and answered my questions right away. They actually had a lawyer answer the phone, which I couldn't believe. I felt better after I spoke with them. Since I filed my bankruptcy, they have dealt with all my creepy creditors. I highly recommend them!
I talked with a bunch of different bankruptcy lawyers, and these guys are the best. There are 2 attorneys and both were nice. They listened to me and didn't make me feel like an idiot. They really were tough on my creditors. I saved my mobile home and my truck and my credit cards aren't bugging me anymore. I should have called them a long time ago.
Great choice. Always answered my calls with an attorney, not a secretary or legal assistance. Worked with me on the money and was less than three other attorneys I called. Was extremely aggressive with my creditors and I felt very protected. Highly recommend.
