Very rude front disk girl, I think she has a mind problem. Most of the front disk people who are sharing same lobby told me she has a mind problem. Doesn't matter what, she shouldn't react this careless way. Had appointment for 10:45 Was greated very kindly by receptionist. Doctor was very informative and my husband and I were happy with the overall treatment we received.
Pleasant and friendly receptionist. Dr Harrington has a great friendly manner. Explained everything and asked if I had questions. I did not feel rushed in any way during any of my appointments. TKR went well, scar healed really well.
The receptionist at this clinic was incredibly rude! I booked an appt for 12 pm and when I called to find out exact location the receptionist rudely responded to me by saying my appt was at 11:45 which I knew for a fact it was not. She had no sympathy at all after I told her how much pain I was in and I needed to see the dr but instead told me to find another dr, ppl like her should not be in the health care business. Whoever is the owner of the clinic needs to find a new receptionist!
