Very unprofessional tone , waited for 2 weeks no calls then decided to call in clinic to just knowing if they got the referral. Receptionist was super rude on phone call. First of all she denied that she did not received the referral. After second time referral sent again and that lady responded too rudest. I decided not to see her and asked my Dr to refer me somewhere else and do not refer any patient due to receptionist ‘s misbehaviour.

Very rude front disk girl, I think she has a mind problem. Most of the front disk people who are sharing same lobby told me she has a mind problem. Doesn't matter what, she shouldn't react this careless way. Had appointment for 10:45 Was greated very kindly by receptionist. Doctor was very informative and my husband and I were happy with the overall treatment we received.
