They over charged me for my policy and refused to make it right. the bill was paid on time and I have the picture of the check that was deposited by the insurance company 6 days before it was due. I tried to tell the agent this info and she said she was busy and hung up on me. This is also not the first time this has happened.
We have been with this insurance group for over 30 years and never plan to leave…ever! The service has always and continues to be the absolute best. Tiffany does an outstanding job handling all of our concerns immediately and is always making sure she works hard to find is the best coverage with the best rates. Thank you Tiffany for everything.
