I’ve been here numerous times because I do not have a license due to epilepsy. I’m going to highlight a few encounters before I get in to my reason for finally posting a review. I had gone for an abscess on my breast. I was placed on a hall bed, instructed to bare my chest with no privacy covers or any attempt at making the situation not demeaning. Worst experience ever at an emergency room. I wasn't going to write this until I saw how absurd the visit notes were. They were very unprofessional, quick to judge and put inaccurate and incorrect information. The passive aggressive treatment was not professional either. This was especially prevalent during the quick ultra sound where the nurse took three pictures in total while complaining and scolding me. Was there last night for three hours waiting to be seen for abdominal pain. Still in pain cause I was never seen . Going somewhere else today.

Terrible triage nurse. My symptoms are severe, there were 10 people in waiting room. I was the last to be seen, I waited 2 hours to be called in only to be offered a bed in a hallway near people running by and another severely sick patients bed right next to me. I declined this bed and said I’ll wait for a room because I’m not comfortable being treated in the hallway. It’s been 4 hrs no room yet. Finally was told the Dr will speak with me…. Disgusting place filled with soulless, evil people. My mother was a patient and was treated terribly by the attending supervisor and their disgusting nurses. They would not help my mom and left her feeling helpless. My mother left the hospital and fell on the way out and one of the disgusting nurses told the security guard, “let her go nobody cares”. Everyone in this establishment should be ashamed and DISGUSTED for how they treat their patients.
