Terrible triage nurse. My symptoms are severe, there were 10 people in waiting room. I was the last to be seen, I waited 2 hours to be called in only to be offered a bed in a hallway near people running by and another severely sick patients bed right next to me. I declined this bed and said I’ll wait for a room because I’m not comfortable being treated in the hallway. It’s been 4 hrs no room yet. Finally was told the Dr will speak with me…. Disgusting place filled with soulless, evil people. My mother was a patient and was treated terribly by the attending supervisor and their disgusting nurses. They would not help my mom and left her feeling helpless. My mother left the hospital and fell on the way out and one of the disgusting nurses told the security guard, “let her go nobody cares”. Everyone in this establishment should be ashamed and DISGUSTED for how they treat their patients.
This place should be shut down!!! My step mother went in today as she has issues with her knee and instead of being helped she was treated terribly and upon falling outside watched as a nurse told security to “leave her be” because if she’s not going to be serviced quote “who cares”. I would save the time and go somewhere where people actually care and aren’t spineless cowards who treat their patients like garbage.
Brought my husband in and they were very thorough ran all the right test as well as chest X-ray. He had pneumonia. So thankful that I brought him in. Dr Joe the ER physician took his time to get the right diagnosis. Sherry took great care of my husband. We were there for 5 hours but having to wait on test results was understandable. The ER was full from the night before. Had to be treated in the hallway. Very satisfied with our visit. Even security got a wheelchair for my husband as he was so weak.
Came in for a splinter under my finger nail waited an hour an a half to the point my finger got infected
