I have been to this hospital a couple of times, and I have never experienced someone being as rude and insensitive to a patient as this nurse was, especially toward my girlfriend during one of the most frightening moments of our lives. My girlfriend was extremely sick with sepsis and was literally fighting for her life. I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by how I was treated at UMass Memorial Health Harrington Hospital in Webster on August 27th. I was brought to the emergency room by ambulance after vomiting severely and continuously all day. When I arrived, I was still uncontrollably vomiting and struggling to speak.
