Webster psychiatry is really bad I’ve been calling multiple times to reschedule and I’ve not got one answer in over a week this is necessary
Terrible.
I came to webster for lab work because uxbridge closes for lunch. I drove out of my way to webster and lo and behold, closed for lunch. Some people go for services during their lunch hour, like me. UMASS, PLEASE POST ACCURATE HOURS ON YOUR WEBSITE. I checked the hours for today and they are 6:30a - 3pm.
While it did take me 4 or 5 hours from start to finish to get seen and treated..the staff here are extremely good people. It took a while to get seen yes but the treatment they gave me worked and after feeling horrible for 6 days I am waking up today feeling much better. Everybody I came across here was friendly and professional.
