Most of the people that work there are nice. The security guard at the front is very friendly. The front desk woman who helped us was nice. We went into the back and waited for hours. This was our second time there this week so I think they made us wait. My wife popped her shoulder out of the socket in a car accident. The EMT put it back. She was fine for a week or two. This place was AMAZING! I was there today and I got bloodwork done on my right arm. They were really quick with it. I love that! Thank you UMass Memorial Health - Harrington Hospital for taking care of me for so long! That's my review! 5 stars definitely! This is the worst hospital I've ever been to. Went for back pain (I have crohns and colitis) which was more than likely just inflammation in my back. I was treated like I was only there for drugs and while laying on the stretcher was laughed at by the dr. Completely unprofessional. Then after being there for hours after getting no help or any type of relief the Dr then decided if I had a ride @ 4 am he would give me something for pain.
