Went to ER for shortness of breath and wheezing. Ordered a chest X-ray and forgot about me for 2 hours. My nurse didn't even know I hadn't been to X-ray when I called her. She gave me a lame excuse that X-ray was waiting on my labs. Nice try, X-ray doesn't wait for labs. They did a COVID test when I initially went in and then was going to do another one 10 minutes later because they didn't know I already had one. Our experience at the Webster ER location was characterized by efficient service, outstanding staff, and meticulously maintained and comfortable waiting areas and restrooms. I went to the inpatient psych apu facility a few years ago. it was my second inpatient admission in my life. the first facility I went to voluntarily (mostly for medical reasons) as the attending for the cardiac unit wanted to admit me at another hospital but feared for my life due to all of the covid. that left me going from never being on medications, to being on a high dose of over several, ultimately leading to me completely being disoriented, paranoid and traumatized. i then ended up in Webster. This hospital is THE WORST hospital in Massachusetts! Probably in the country! They made my 6 year old WAIT OVER 12 hrs WITH A BROKEN ANKLE NO PAIN MEDICINE NO DOCTORS BEING SEEN NOTHING. This is literally disgrace to all healthcare workers and all hospital this hospital should be shut down! They put us in a DIRTY ROOM that they had to clean after already being in it! Said the wrong persons name when coming to give my daughter medicine before she even saw a doctor!
