They are terrible! Was told the area we lived in was a no flood zone but due to horrible drainage in our development our road completely floods! You cant even drive to our away from your house, you have to walk through the neighbors back yards!! We pay 210 for HOA...for what? This problem has been going on for years in the older parts of the development and nothing fixed, grass is never mowed, oh and road is not completed. Man hole dead middle of road and nothing done! It sure is nice to spend $235,000 on a house, and then have to pay $210 a year to an HOA ran by you people that does practically nothing to maintain our neighborhood besides mow the grass every once in a while. It’s also nice to be trapped in our homes for hours or not be able to drive back to our homes for hours when the roads flood because of the horrible storm water drainage. Good thing nobody has a medical emergency tonight or anything like that.
We just closed on a new home with the help of Ken P with ERA Harrington Realty. He truly went above and beyond for us and our family in our purchase of our new home. We ran into some complications along the way and he was amazing in helping us through the process. He was always in touch and always looking out for our interests. We really consider him to be not only a great agent, but a good friend. Thank you Ken and thanks ERA Harrington!
