Mrs. Harrington is an arbitrator in Small Claims court. She is completely unprofessional. I appeared in front of her on behalf of two clients. When I made a legal argument based of actually law, she refused to review the evidence. Which would have legallyh forced her to decide in my client's favor. On the second case I had in front of her, she award damages to a party for the complete repairs to a vehicle, when only a molding was broke.
