Buyer Beware: Used Items Sold as New We had a very disappointing experience at H & B Mining. We went in specifically to purchase a Blue Bowl. The one we were sold appeared to be complete with the bucket, clips, washers, and hose, so we had every reason to believe it was brand new. There was no sign on the item stating it was used. Not an honest repair shop. Jeff withholds information on the condition of the equipment he sells. He does not stand behind his work. I am his aunt and have been around him to some degree all his life. I have never asked for anything free from him based on our relationship; I have always paid the going rate for repairs and purchases. He sold me a lawn tractor with a cracked gas tank, a bad fuel bumper and filter. None of which were disclosed at time of sale.
