bought a nice stove with a extended warranty and a year later had problems a week before thanksgiving. Called the "Pros" for repair thinking we would be set for the Christmas Holliday. WRONG! They ordered parts and we waited and waited. Called the shop in Feb and its still backordered Called the warranty people and they called Harrington Appliance the people were rude to the warranty people. This business is not customer friendly and could care less about their reputation! How are they in Business?
DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!! They tried to deliver a damaged refrigerator to my house, claimed it was minor (it was severe damage), and then tried to sneak an extra $100 onto the bill then was quoted. Sheldon Haymond is a liar and a crook. His manager, Todd Harris, is a bold faced liar who only backs Sheldon up. If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!
Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable on the phone and in person. Quick to respond when help was needed on older model appliance. Bought new Samsung washer & dryer from them. Removal of old appliances and installation of new (dryer is gas) was very smooth and professional. This is definitely a sales and service business. Our local fire company has used them for repairs of commercial freezer/refrigerator and ice machines, later purchasing new for the new kitchen. Can't be more pleased!
