Went to set up automatic payments. And asked for a restroom. I was told they don’t have one for the public. What? You have this BIG building and no restroom for “customers”. There is a difference between the public and customers. That is a shame in my opinion. You can do better HUB.
Went to HUB a few months ago with the current service owner/prior property owner with their current HUB bills to switch/turn on service into my name for future billing. Brought two forms of ID, filled out new application and brought the bills from current Customer “prior” homeowner, and provided the deed, sales agreement and tax papers. I give HUB a -10! Pretty much the worst utility company I think I've ever had to deal with on numerous occasions. Power goes out all the freaking time and they still charge us for it. What a load crap! Rude workers at the office and the field workers are a bunch of a holes. You ask for my opinion there it is! HUB sucks!

There is no such thing about customer service with HUB. I called to update my payment info with a live body and they REFUSED to help me. I have never had a late bill. The only way to update my info is on line. that is complete and utter bull stuff. If I had an option beside HUB you can bet I'd take it. Y'all need to get your act together.
The power goes out everytime there is a thunderstorm, or it's windy, or a squirrel runs across a wire. I never realized how many times it goes out in a week until I started working from home. it's ridiculous. Maybe if HUB had to refund every customer for the time their power is out for seemingly everyday weather occurrences, then maybe they would start replacing the outdated grid. We pay more for electric in Harriman than the other towns and have the worst utilities.
This fucking place is a joke...im told to have $150 to keep from being shut off & literally hurry & get that and done it in an hour & bitch Toni says the cut order has been done & she wouldnt help me anyway..fuck you toni at Harriman Utility Board!!!! $150 you said to get in an hour & half time wasnt enough...
Great place to work!! I’m also a customer and I’m grateful for all our Gas, Water, Sewer folks, Lineman and crews, and Right of way crews. They all work hard to keep utilities in service for all of our service area. I’m proud of all of our managers, customer service and office personnel. Everyone working together makes us a better utility company. I’m blessed to work with the BEST!
