Terrible to deal with. My wife put a deposit down on a new car she selected from the lot. while waiting for the finance team to secure the amount she needed to finalise the purchase, which turned into a 5 week process with a mistake or two on their part along the way. She received an approval and was told to take out insurance which we did on that particular car VIN number. A week or so later no word on the car she called them up and was told the sales team had sold the car she put a deposit on.. she was offered another one ... read more
