Had the pleasure of purchasing our new Kia Carnival through Jake Petrovski. We are very happy with the Carnival, but special mention to Jake Petrovski. Jake was exceptionally engaging, professional and very diligent every step of the way with respect to our purchase. I couldn’t have been happier with his conduct and my interactions with him. Jake should be commended for the outstanding work he is doing for Harrigan Kia. Thanks very much Jake and the Harrigan team.
I visited today with the intention of test-driving a car. One of the older staff members in a grey suit spoke to me in a very rude manner. When I mentioned that I had recently test-driven another car and was exploring different options, he said, “WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE THEN?” in an unfriendly tone. His body language and the way he looked at me made me feel very uncomfortable. I left without test-driving the car and will now purchase a vehicle elsewhere. This was a very poor customer experience.
