Would like to give ZERO STARS for harietta who is zero professional and seems lost when questioned. She has a care free attitude toward your business. The staff is rude. Policy is much higher than other companies . I believe the 5 star ratings on here are fake and internally filed. DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS INDEPENDENT FRANCHISE
I just wanted to give a shout out to Althea Lovell for her outstanding customer service. She helped me immensely with an issue after my current agent retired and my files were transferred to her office. The customer service she provided is rare these days and it was greatly appreciated!!
