I went to Harriet's with my 4 year old. When I walked in, I met Harriet herself. She was very welcoming and was knitting a shawl. I pulled up a chair and sat with her. I felt like we had been friends for years. I am an experienced knitter but Harriet is so patient and experienced, she can teach ANYONE how to knit. This store has such a variety of yarn, I was in shock. There was such a beautiful supply of yarns from all over the world, I have never seen that from any other store.
