In general, MUSC is impossible to deal with. You can’t call the office, you can only call the call center and they pass messages along. If you’re lucky they might call you back. My son is a minor and his MyChart kicks us off periodically so communication via that portal is also unreliable. I called the center to ask if a form had been completed and they told me it had. Dr. Hansen has been our family physician for 6+ years. She is extremely thoughtful, kind, caring and totally thorough. She has helped our family navigate illness and developed a very effective preventative care plan. Dr. Hansen is exceptional and completely recommend her.
