Wonderful manner, very responsive, attentive to concerns
I came to this office looking to possibly switch PCP's to a baycare provider because I am a cancer patient, and I thought, using the same EMR, inter-office familiarity, etc. would be beneficial. This office lacks warmth. There were no smiles. There was no small talk. All business. From the front desk, to the provider, to the check out person who was actually downright rude. Very personable office. Staff friendly and office clean and neat. Patient assistant friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time for physician was minimal and Dr Hagele is caring and personable.
Dr. Hagele was the best. She was caring and friendly, helping me with a number of medical concerns. I was completely satisfied with the visit.
