My Mom was a resident at Kaplan Estates, 1st in Assisted Living, and then later in Legacy, their Memory Care Unit, for the last 3 years. The staff were great, with some being exceptional. It was a comfort to know that she was in a safe space that also provided her with varied activities to engage both the body and mind. I have no hesitation in recommending Kaplan for a family member who needs this kind of care.
From the Direct (Andrea) on down our family had a wonderful experience with the Harriett & Ralph Kaplan Estates. We had a family member in their care for many years and have ZERO complaints. The staff is dedicated and reliable. You won't find a more caring environment for yourself or your loved one.
Our family wishes to thank the team at Kaplan Estates for the wonderful care and service they provided to our Mom while she was a resident at their assisted living facility. Our Mom had resided at a different ALF in the area, and we tried to work through multiple service issues with that care provider over a 12+ month period. What started as a respite stay after she broke her leg, turned into a three year stay at a place my mother called home for three years. From the very beginning of this chapter in her life, she was treated with care and respect by everyone on the staff at Kaplan. The facility itself is very nice and well maintained. My brother has been a resident of Kaplan Estates for 16 months. He is very happy there. Management, nursing, and staff are attentive and personable, food is good, there is a very active schedule of activities and the facility is well maintained. Care for the residents is obvious throughout the organization.
