My family and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and compassion shown by the Kaplan Estates-Legacy Memory Unit to my mother, who has Alzheimer’s. My mother was welcomed with open arms and genuine smiles. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home and treat each resident like family. My mom's stay at Kaplan Estates was a positive experience all around. Sadly she only lived there for just over a year. During her time as a resident she thrived, was happy and remained independent. When she first moved in she raved daily about the food. That changed after some time however she was always able to find something in a meal that made her happy. A special Thank You to the hard working staff members at Kaplan. Our family is so grateful to everyone. It brings great peace of mind knowing that my dad is in such good hands. When my dad had to make the transition to Memory Care, at first I was nervous but soon I realized he was well taken care of.
