Not sure about their service, I hear their technicians are good. I didn't get that far because the lady answering the phone was rude and very short with me, telling me they didn't have anything available, as if my heat going out was a total inconvenience to her personally. Probably need to work on getting someone in the front office with a better idea of customer service.
The technician that was sent out to do some maintenance work on our boiler did a very good job and was pleasant to deal with. The receptionist at their office however was very curt and unfriendly. You would think they would want the person they have answering the phone to be at least be nice to the customers calling.
