Dependable, efficient, and great customer service! These guys are on top of their plumbing game!!!
Looks like they make a habit out of saying that their service will be one price and then sending an invoice for a completely different amount. They did the same thing to me. Do not use their services!
Charged me almost $400 to snake a drain??? Outrageous! Never again!!
I called this company to pump out my septic. I was told that it would be $195. They came and did the work and then called to tell me that the price doubled since they had to do more work than they thought. They should have told me that before completing the work. Not a company that I recommend doing business with.
Made phone call to arrange septic pumping. Was told it would be $185 over the phone and could be there in a couple days. 6 WEEKS LATER, they showed up to pump tanks, and didn't even completely empty second tank. Then two days later, I get a bill for $272 with the description stating: "extra thick." Seriously??? Very unprofessional! Will never use them again nor will I ever recommend their services to anyone!!!!
