We called Bruce on Saturday of a holiday weekend because we were without power. He cancelled his holiday plans to come right out to help us. He did a beautiful job hooking the wire back up to the house. He was extremely personable as well as professional. I know exactly who I'm calling next time.
HARRELSON ELECTRIC LLC did a fantastic job replacing the high voltage cable, fuse box, outdoor flood lights, and several light fixtures/switches through out the house. They were extremely professional, courteous, and organized. They left the job sites spotless. Bruce and Ryan were excellent communicators and made sure everything was operational and checked in after the job was done to ensure the quality of their work. We are extremely satisfied with the installation of our whole-house generator system provided by Harrelson Electric. From the initial consultation, right through to the actual implementation by Bruce, the experience was professional and courteous. They were patient and attentive, even when faced with a multitude of inquiries from an inquisitive customer like me. Their expertise were commendable. I wouldn't hesitate to employ their services again and would readily recommend them to anyone.
