They want the customer to leave the car during the day, they do not specify the wait time and are highly unprofessional with attitude once you get there. I would have loved to get a diagonostic on my car, but I will be taking it to Bob Mirars on yadkin. Yesterday I called around noon to ask for a diagnostic on my A/C... they told me it would be $89. Harrell,s is a great place for all vehicles. They did a great job on my F250 diesel and saved us a bundle on my wife’s Volvo. Wagon Hays almost got us but Harrell’s saved us a pretty penny. Thank You
Charged an $85 diagnostic fee to tell me they don't know what the problem is. Then recommended a $750 100,000 mile tune-up on a truck with 34,000 miles on it. I let them do one thing they recommended bc they made it seem like if I got the work done they would waive the $85 diagnostic, then refused to take the charge off. So I paid $85 additional dollars for them to tell me they don't know. Bunch of crooks. They see a military uniform and see only dollar signs.
A company lacking integrity. I called to get a quote on having work done on my vehicle. I was quoted a price. I called back to schedule drop off of vehicle and to confirm pricing. I was told pricing was correct and to drop of vehicle by one o'clock and it would be ready for pick-up by COB. When I arrived they stated pricing was not correct and that I would have to pay quite a bit over what I was quoted. Awesome. Awesome. Awesome. This Harrell's had such great customer service! Quick service too! I called and had an apt the next morning! The people were so nice and explained everything to me. I couldn't have been happier. I will be going here for now on. Thank you Harrell's for fixing what others forgot. Can I say 'Awesome' again?
