Worst visit to date!!!! I came in yesterday to get my F150 worked on, and the lady who helped me was very rude, as if she had something better to do. i was cut off repeatedly while trying to explain what happened to my truck, this is not a professional woman.. i was told " Diagnosis is $80 and i had no problem paying for them to look at it but after repeatedly being cut off i figured i would go elsewhere i told the lady to "have a nice day" and was called an A**HOLE upon my exiting the buisness.. are there no nice people out... read more
I feel like the cookies I brought in and the gift cards don't do justice to the device I received at Harrell's this past week, they're very fast, they're super knowledgeable, and so friendly. They helped keep my 1992 Acura legend going! Even saved me possibly thousands down the road, technicians had pointed out an issue with my ball joints. Saved my car, and saved my life. (My wallet too)
