Sub-par quality work and professionalism. Installed a brand new outside and inside unit upon the owners recommendation and still experience outage and go without cool air every month for 2 to 3 days at a time.
On yesterday Oct 21 2015 harrell refrigerator came out to my house, 1 guy was friendly the other didn't speak or say anything.today Oct 23 2015 they came back to my house the guy that didn't speak on yesterday and another guy. I spoke to them as they walk in and neither guy spoken.wasn't friendly at all.if you going to work around people of all race, have the courtesy to speak when you walk into their home to make repairs..if it was left up to me I would have called some1 I knew.
Very friendly office management, the people that install your equipment are also nice and very instructive. The unit purchased works wonderful and exactly the appliance we wanted.
What a friendly grop of people. When our air conditioner unit failed last year, we did not hesitate in getting Harrell's to replace it. The price for the air/ heating unit was very reasonable. The unit works very well and we were very pleased with the sales and service after the sale. We've purchased several appliances from Harrell's over the years and called their technician in for repairs on appliances purchased elsewhere.
