Didn't wash my car very well and left spots. Paid for the surface protectant and it skipped it. And there's no phone number to contact them. Horrible experience
Every time I come here my card is always charged the wrong amount and the machines eat my cash n don't have a button to press to return it. Also the phone number for this car wash isn't even in service wth!
Our son is autistic and loves the carwash. Harrell's always takes time to make sure he gets a great experience going thru the wash bay. Thanks for everything.
