Poor company, poor response time, and they won't take responsibility for their failures. A month of finger pointing between this company and the electrician about who dropped the ball regarding a permit for our sign. This company is so bad, that the electrician I used has notified everyone at their company to not accept any further jobs from this sign company. It was the responsibility of Harrell sign to obtain and coordinate permits, which they failed to do. This was confirmed by the representative I spoke with at City of R... read more
Harrell Sign is no longer in business here at this location! Don't know if they just moved or shut the doors. By the looks of it they shut the doors.
