I have been trying to get back a refund from where my insurance plan paid, and it has been almost a year, and so far, I have only received half of the refund and a bounced check .I have tried calling over a hundred times, and the only response I get is that he's running an errand ,with a patient, on Zoom call, and the list keeps getting longer . The treatment itself is awesome,I just think I shouldn't have to call constantly to no avail
