After only 90 days, I already see results. I would recommend Harrell Jackson to any and everyone. I love how he alters my workouts based on what my body is telling him. When I first started with Harrell, I couldn't tie my shoes. Now, I do it with ease as well as other things that I couldn't do before because I was so out of shape. Three days a week!!!! I don't miss!
