My son was involved in an accident last year. This people took his case, and said that he would win because the accident was the other person fault. Melissa told him that he needs to get therapy for his injuries so they can get more money for him. He did go get therapy, for about three months. Went to Harrell and Harrell maybe 2 years after I had a bad accident. They put in the work and got me a good settlement. More than I imagined I would get. It was a lengthy process due to some of the hoops they had to jump through from my specific case but in the end they got it done and definitely satisfied my needs. They kept in contact with updates and were very timely with letting me know when things were moving along. I definitely recommend
My last review wasn’t clear so I’ll make this one clear GO TO ANYONE BUT THESE FOOLS. Go to a small lawyer they do cases for a third of the cost. I knew these guys would be a big mistake. Don’t buy into the stupid commercials I mean we all know they’re stupid but … we this…, we that .. they are not a people’s lawyer. Trust that
Bad communication. Sloppy. You do a lot of repeating the same information just for someone not to have it again. It’s like they don’t even review what’s in front of them bc when say I answered this suddenly it’s two clicks and it there. You’ll do a lot of signing the same exact documents multiple times. Not to mention they go beyond in asking if things genuinely no other law firm asks … at all. Intrusive is an understatement bPlay a lot of phone tag. At the end of my case I lost thousands after Harrell & Harrell got paid. They just dropped me. Awful services
