Worst in Memphis – This incompotent person is never prepared for his cases, has a very high turn over rate with his staff, and he's been working on my divorce for over a year and I'm still having problems getting issues resolved now that the divorce is finally final. He's staff is not compotent or well educated when it comes to matters. They haven't been helpful at all. Mr. Harrell is a poor excuse for a counselor. I wouldn't advice my worst enemy to go to this law firm. He's been paid in full and I'm still wating on matters... read more
