Chris ********* sold me my ******** Retriever 1000 UTV a few months back. I purchased his personal machine. At no fault of his, this machine is not equipped with an E brake, only a “Park” position on the gear lever that is considered the E brake. This wont hold the nearly 1900 lb vehicle while parked on an incline. This was evident to me when I brought It home the day of purchase and unloaded it on my fairly steep driveway. business owner/manager is horrible! no people skills what so ever! sells equipment with known problems then wont stand behind his word or equipment. A man that wont stand behind his word is not a man at all. So many places in the area that sell and service much better equipment and has SO must better customer service. I don't recommend doing business here at all.
